You Bring the Domain. We Bring the Build.

We don't write checks. We write prompts that write code. Deep expertise in a broken industry? We partner with domain experts as sweat equity. AI engineering, product, and our operating system to build ventures together. No pitch decks required. Just honesty about the market and willingness to do the work.

The Model

What You Bring

Deep domain expertise (years, not months)

Market access and customer relationships

Industry knowledge that can't be Googled

Skin in the game

What We Bring

AI engineering and LLM implementation

Product development and design

Our operating system (LEGO blocks, workflows, infrastructure)

Sweat equity & skin in the game - we build, not just advise

Together: A venture that neither of us could build alone. We provide the technical engine. Equity split reflects contribution.

How It Works

01

Honest Conversation

We get to know each other. Not a pitch meeting - a real conversation about the industry, the opportunity, and whether we're the right fit. We'll push back on your assumptions and you should push back on ours. If it's not a fit, we'll say so. Lifelong relationships start with honesty, not salesmanship.

02

Prove It Manually

We go service-first. Prove the model manually before building software. Real customers paying real money before we write a line of code. If the unit economics don't work with humans doing it, software won't save you.

03

Build the System

Our core team builds the AI-powered system in 3-6 months. You run operations and customer relationships. We handle the tech. Small team, no overhead, no bullshit meetings.

04

You Run It

You operate the venture autonomously with our operating system running underneath. We stay involved as partners - capital allocation, AI tooling, shared learnings. We're in it for the long term because we only partner with people we actually want to work with for years.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

You've spent 5+ years in an industry and know where the bodies are buried

You see an AI opportunity but don't have the technical team to build it

You want to be a founder, not an employee at someone else's startup

You value autonomy and partnership over being told what to do

This isn't for you if:

You have an "idea" but no domain expertise

You want us to build it while you watch

You're looking for a dev shop, not a partner

You're not willing to see the world how it really is but how you believe it to be

Got deep expertise in a broken industry?

We're not looking for pitch decks or “disruptive vision” one-pagers. We're looking for people who know their market cold, are honest about what's broken, and want to build something real together. Fair warning: we'll challenge your assumptions. That's not disrespect. It's care.
